To schedule an appointment, please contact us at 603.893.1893. Your referring doctor will need to send you to the appointment with a referral slip. This is common procedure for imaging services and the referral slip lets us know what type of scan to perform including the region of interest. If you or your doctor have any questions about the referral slip or scheduling an appointment, please contact us.

Directions
When visiting our office location at 32 Stiles Road in Salem, NH, enter through the main entrance at the front of the building. There will be 2 doors, use the one on the left. Proceed up the stairs to the second floor and enter our suite through the second door on the left. For patients that may have difficulty with stairs, there is a ramp that leads directly to the second floor - when facing the front of the building, the ramp is located at the far left.

- Take exit 2, turn left at the first set of lights onto Pelham Road (Rte 97)
- Take a left onto Stiles Road (less than 1 mile)
- ADI is located on the right side at #32 Stiles Road
