To schedule an appointment, please contact us at 603.893.1893. Your referring doctor will need to send you to the appointment with a referral slip. This is common procedure for imaging services and the referral slip lets us know what type of scan to perform including the region of interest. If you or your doctor have any questions about the referral slip or scheduling an appointment, please contact us.

When visiting our office location at 90 Stiles Road in Salem, NH, enter through the lobby doors at the left of the building. Once in the lobby, we are the first office on the right. We are located on the ground floor and our facility is handicap accessible.
